Our CEO and majority owner, Sylvia Rothbein, brings a rare perspective to packaging: she originally worked as a buyer of packaging materials.
As Sylvia tells the story, in the 1970s, while serving as an executive at Revlon, she saw a multimillion-dollar product launch come together. Millions in media advertising. International retail distribution. Packaging design. Everything was ready—except the packaging itself.
